1. Design Review & Artwork Prep

2. Mold Creation

CNC-machined metal molds are created from your approved design. Multi-layer molds for 3D patches require separate cavities per layer.

3. PVC Injection & Curing

Liquid PVC is injected into heated molds under pressure. Each color layer is injected and cured sequentially. 3D patches require precise layer alignment.

4. Backing Application & QC

Hook-and-loop backing applied. Every patch inspected for color accuracy, mold fill, edge quality, and backing adhesion before packing.
